All are invited to join a one-hour Dementia Friends Information Session to increase your understanding of people experiencing dementia and help make your community dementia friendly. Learn five key messages about dementia, what it’s like to live with the disease and how to turn your understanding into action that supports people living with dementia. The Dementia Friends information session is for family members, neighbors, professionals, health science students, caregivers, and community members.
